  15.   beginners (high quality, easy to use programs), along with documentation
  16.   supplied by their programmers, and notes to guide new users.

  63.   These disks are not PD, but they are inexpensive and great value for money.
  64.   The disks are packed full of articles etc (for example, the MD.Articles
  65.   disks each contain about 120 articles and MegaBites), all categorised and
  66.   listed in a HyperBook Reference Guide to make it easier to find individual
  67.   articles.  There is a separate beginners section in the Reference Guide,
  68.   highlighting those articles most suitable for beginners.
